The Office of the School Registrar is responsible for maintaining student academic records, ensuring students are complying with all academic regulations and policies, and ultimately certifies eligibility for graduation.
During students' enrollment at The National Institute of Realtime Reporting, they can utilize the Registrar's Office for:
A. Requesting Transcripts:
All requests for transcripts, must be made in writing.
- Transcripts contain all academic information about a student, such as classes, grades, and Grade Point Average (GPA).
You may mail or fax a signed, written request.
Please be sure to include the following information with your request:
- Full name, including any former names
- Telephone number where we may contact you regarding your request
- Signature
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Dates of attendance
- Certificate program
- Certificate awarded, if any
- Date of graduation
- Number of transcripts (maximum of ten per request)
- Address or fax number to which transcript should be sent
If the transcript is being sent to a third party by the Registrar’s Office, please include the full name and address of the person, company or institution receiving the transcript. There is a fee of $3.00 per copy for transcripts mailed to third parties.

Requests for transcripts are usually processed within three working days. When faxing a request, we recommend you contact our office to confirm its receipt.
An outstanding financial obligation to the School will prohibit us from releasing a transcript.
B.Withdrawal and Refunds
Withdrawal and Refunds: In order to withdraw from the School the following procedures must be followed.
Withdrawal Process
Students not attending The National Institute of Realtime Reporting must write a letter to the School Registrar indicating their wish to withdraw from the program. This letter must be mailed or faxed to:

Absence from class does not constitute withdrawal. Tuition will be canceled in accordance with the published refund schedule, based on the effective date of a student's official withdrawal or leave of absence from the School which is the date the School receives written notification.
The refund percentage is applied to tuition only. All fees are nonrefundable once classes have begun.
B.Requesting a Refund
Refund Policy
The determination of a tuition percentage refund is based on the day the student notifies the School that he/she is no longer attending classes. Refund of tuition is regulated by M.G.L. Chapter 255, Section 13K) and is outlined on the Enrollment Agreement that was signed by the student and School upon admission.
REFUND POLICY: (AS PER M.G.L. CHAPTER 255, SECTION 13K)
- You may terminate this agreement at any time.
- If you terminate this agreement within five days you will receive a refund of all monies paid, provided that you have not commenced the program.
- If you subsequently terminate this agreement prior to the commencement of the program, you will receive a refund of all monies paid, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.
- If you terminate this agreement during the first quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least seventy-five percent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.
- If you terminate this agreement during the second quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least fifty per cent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.
- If you terminate this agreement during the third quarter of the program, you will receive a refund of at least twenty-five percent of the tuition, less the actual reasonable administrative costs described in paragraph 7.
- If you terminate this agreement after the initial five day period, you will be responsible for actual reasonable administrative costs incurred by the school to enroll you and to process your application, which administrative costs shall not exceed fifty dollars or five percent of the contract price, whichever is less. A list of such administrative costs is attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.
- If you wish to terminate this agreement, you must inform the school in writing of your termination, which will become effective on the day, such writing is mailed.
- The school is not obligated to provide any refund if you terminate this agreement during the fourth quarter of the program.
